  Gretchen was to the point and clear. I was in dire need after an extremely costly automotive issue. Gretchen made me feel completely at ease, explained to me the most efficient way to pay back my loan, and allowed me the space to determine what I needed in terms of amount rather than dictating that amount to me the way most loan places do.
