  Employees are very friendly and professional. I enjoy doing business with them and would have given 5 stars if the fees weren’t so high. If you need a little extra cash to make it until your next payday and don’t mind the fees, I would definitely recommend Advance America of Elizabethton!

  Jennifer and Britani both greeted me as I walked in the door. I was nervous about the process and both ladies made me feel comfortable. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and compliment each other nicely. I won't go anywhere else for my business! If you need a loan come see these fine young ladies!

  Clean and lots of advertisements on the outside. The only downside is the rate and fees they charge for a loan. I understand they are in business to make money and they’re very helpful for people in bad situations and needing a quick loan.

  Friendly service, really helpful. Knowledgeable staff. The process was quick, and they didn't pressure you to take more than you asked for even if you were approved for more. Will definitely return.

  I had called to attempt for a payday loan. Sadly I wasn't eligible, but Misty refereed me to another business and explained what to do. She was very helpful and I'm glad she's apart of y'alls family.
