  I've been coming here for few years now back when cashing works checks was still a normal thing and Ms. Kelly has always been kind and sweet and caring. I come back years later and she is still here same geat smile and kindness. And her assistant Char was very nice and patient and caring as well. Get me in and out in now time. Great place even greater people.

  Edit 2/24/22 Kelly at the Mt.P location has helped me through the whole loan payment process to the end. She has been very caring and empathetic through the whole process. To be honest I refuse to communicate with rude debt collectors and this is why me and Kelly had such a customer/service relationship. All because she is respectful and treats others as an equal being and human. I wish more customer representatives had this level of ethics and concern about there impact on society and there customer base. I hope that one day Kelly can have a larger impact of this job field so that her ethics and good will spreads to others! Kelly is one of the few people out there involved in the finance industry that still have genuine heart and soul for those she helps with advance America. She has always been honest and caring about me and my life situation despite having to do a job that inclines you not to be that way. When I had financial issues she helped me like a friend and taught me about resources that gave me hope and motivation to keep going for better days. The world needs more kind and genuine people like Kelly and I hope she and more people like her move up in the world cause we need more genuine leaders and people in management or corporations across the states.

  I came in to Advance America the other day for the first time to get a loan, Kelly is wonderful! So Very friendly and personable, she helped make it a good experience for me and was very helpful in explaining the process and helping me with what I needed! I Highly recommend!
