  I love seeing Ms Marva she is so nice and professional. Every time I go to make a payment, she greets me by name which shows she pays attention to detail and her customers. She always has a beautiful smile on her face and a positive attitude. Makes every visit very pleasant. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service, Ms Marva!

  Ms. Marva must be one of the most efficient individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She had a lobby full of demanding customers and managed to work swiftly through each one without ever letting her class slip. I was unable to aquire the loan I was after this trip but I nonetheless cannot find a negative word to say. Wish there were more customer service workers like this.

  The Rep was really sweet and very attentive and although her system shut down she assisted me in a timely manner and took the time to make sure I understood my loan details! Highly recommend!!

  I've been to many Advance America in city, States. The ladies that work in the store are top notch. Their customer service is the best. They have helped me in many situations. I'm glad they are there for me.

  Most of the workers are friendly and welcoming, however the one star is for my experience today with their regional, I guess? Rude and unprofessional. Banged on our windows, had an attitude from the begging of our interaction, just not a pleasant experience with this man. Also apparently threatened to have my car towed after I was already on the way to move it from in front of their store (after one of the employees constantly parked in front of our store, which was never an issue.) It's not the store that needs this one star; it's the manager, Brian, for poorly handling a situation that was simple and not a big deal. He needs to be retrained. He turned a small problem into a frustrating and upsetting experience. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
