  We've been in a financial bind past few months unable to get a small loan to help with everything going on Misty Fisher at the J~Town location was able to help my wife & I by taking the time going above & beyond to help rather than just saying "sorry, nothing I can do" or just saying"NO" like most other locations & loan agencies that's just lazy willing to actually work to help someone in need. Nevertheless, I recommend Misty at this J~Town location if needed.

  Look...I had a rough week and needed some cash. I don't usually get loans. So on a whim, I called this store. Aaliyah answered and she was very warm and accepting. I didn't feel judged, talking to her actually made me feel better. I asked her what I needed for a loan, she kept it simple and brief. I arrived at the store and met Stephanie and Aaliyah to wonderful smiles. I didn't feel judged, I didn't feel rushed, and the process was easy. We actually had a great conversation. This particular Advance America is a whole vibe. The employees are non-judgmental, they handle the loan process professionally and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I don't know if I will need another payday loan, but if I do I know where I'm going. Thank you Stephanie, Aaliyah and Advance America. See you in two weeks!!

  I was in such a bind and very nervous and Stacey was very polite and very helpful. She stayed last her lunch break to help ease my mind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in my shoes. Stacey made my day and out my mind at ease.

  The manager (Mendy Zanchi) was very nice and friendly. Made the whole process very easy for me. She explained everything as we went along and was very patient. I would definitely recommend the Ruckriegel store for your financial needs.

  I have ALWAYS had great experience here. Everyone that works there is always friendly, helpful, and does whatever they can to help me when I need it. They work with me if I need a few more days. This location is farther out of my way since I moved but I will not go to any other location because of the great service I have here. I would refer anyone here for sure.
