  I needed some financial help, so I went here and was taking care of by the manager Autumn Judge. To simply say that she provided excellent service would be an understatement. She went above and beyond. Working against frustrating computer software issues. Autumn provided expert level of patience and knowledge of the Advance America computer system. She didn’t give up until it was finished, all while juggling other responsibilities. I can’t imagine anyone in her position going to the lengths she did to get the system to work and get my loan. Advance America is very lucky to have her as a employee especially in this competitive jobs market where good employees are few and far between.

  I had a great experience. Autumn was so helpful from my first phone call earlier this morning. She knew every answer to every question and took the time explaining. I will be referring a few co workers.

  This location is Outstanding! The whole process was clear and transparent and Brandy explained everything so well with pleasant professionalism. Brandy explained what was needed and why and gave me a rundown on all the options throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending this location.
