  Additiion Financial, My card informatiion was used as well as my address and other vital information. I immediately called in to the weekend line and spoke with Ms. Ashley in Missouri call center. She immediately blocked my card and placed the hold on the amount and asked me to call my local branch. I immediately called my local branch number and Mr. McGill in the Longwood Branch answered my call, tracked down the infiormation I needed to know to get a new card on Monday, which is today! Mr. McGill made immediate arrangements to check to see if I could pick up my new debit card. He immediately made arrangements with Mr. Todd at my local branch on Orange Ave. I will be picking up my new card today at 4:30 pm. He informed me that a dispute claim has been filed and a Hold was placed on the account amount and the card was cancelled. Yes! Thank you so much Addition for your wonderful staff!

  I always have a great experience. They will go the extra mile to make sure all my needs are taken care of. The people are very polite professional and courteous especially Linda Walls. I have never had a bad experience at this location.
