  Good evening, I'd elected to open a student account with you all and had the pleasure to work with Shelia at the Oviedo branch. I truly had all my questions answered with a friendly, patient, caring tone. Her willingness to go over an above plus genuine disposition made for a reassuring experience. I'd knowledge gaps filled that despite my age weren't provided prior. I was able to address all my concerns by phone saving me a trip in person. I'm looking forward to further financial literacy and growing with this financial institution. Please provide her kudos she deserves such.

  Had a great experience with this location. Shelia J was very helpful! I left the branch thinking I would leave a review for her as she was fantastic. I see many people have left her 5 star reviews and I am not surprised by it. She’s great! Thank you, Shelia!

  Was blown away by Ms. Colon, who went above and beyond. She patiently tracked down information on a three year old transaction and provided me with printed documentation. She also helped me quickly open another account & configure it for easy future access. It was truly a 5 star experience. Thank you!

  Recently, I had to make changes to an account I presently manage. I made an appointment to meet face to face. I received a call hours before the meeting to verify what I needed and was told I would meet with Sheila. Sheila was ready for me when I arrived and understood what I needed and how to get me there. Since these changes involved others, she made it happen via phone and email. The hour I first spent with her was awesome. She made me feel like family and treated me with respect. As we progressed through the changes, she showed exceptional understanding and patience with the others involved. I am very impressed with Sheila Justen. She is professional and courteous and kind. I feel blessed to have been able to work with her. The other individuals at the branch are quality as well. I really enjoy the branch--small, not too busy. I recommend them highly.

  I called in and Sheila from the Oviedo office was so nice and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after being on hold for over 20 minutes with the Additional Financial Customer Service CC Rep and I wasn't happy when I ended my call with them but when I called Member Services and Sheila got on, she was understanding about my frustration and helped me! I ended the call with her happy I called. Thank you Sheila for the outstanding job!

  My wife and I opened a new account at Additions Financial for the purpose of refinancing my new car. I never thought the loan would be reviewed, approved and processed in 1 day. AMAZING!!!! I have not received that level of service at a financial institution in my many years of doing business. Shelia went above and beyond to ensure we were kept in the loop of the entire process and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. She far exceeded our expectations and on a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 10++. I am considering opening a few other accounts with Addition Financial. Shelia truly is an asset to your financial institution and I’m grateful we had the pleasure of working with her on our loan.

  Shelia Justen is the best loan officer I have ever had. I started with a savings account in 2013 with CFE and had the pleasure to met Shelia. Since that time, she has always gone above and beyond to help with loans and information to better my credit. Shelia is the reason that i made the decision to have all my accounts through Addition finance - my savings, checking, business acct with all loans for my mortgage, car and c.c. An employee can either make a business great or push people to find other options. Thank you Shelia for your great customer service and knowledge and thank you Addition Finance for keeping a great employee.
