  Overall a good experience. Does take a few weeks longer if you plan to do an all-in-one on your primary and a rental. But Adam was easy to get ahold of and worked around our schedule.

  I have used Adam now 4 times I believe in the last 6 years. I have referred Adam to several people over this time. Adam had originally closed my loan in 10 days 6 years ago on a home purchase when the other lender was unable to get it completed in 45 days. And I have used Adam since then a few more times and the result is always the same he gets it completed in more than a timely manner and the communication from Adam and his office is outstanding. I have not waited more than 24 hours for a return communication. If you have doubts about a lender, use Adam and his people, they will not do you wrong. Adam also thinks outside the box in situations. Love working with Adam and his office will never use any other lender again.

  Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did not get asked multiple times for the same documentation like you usually do with big commercial banks. You could tell the team was all communicating well. The process was fast. Very satisfied. Will recommend.
