  All I can say is WoW!!!!!!!! People at loan depot are amazing Carter is who I started talking to because my real state agent recommended him and I am glad I listened, from the beginning Carter was really helpful answered all my questions and gave me a peace of mind because everything he told me was to help me. I was going to do things a little different and he’s a magician numbers guy and showed me different ways to go about my loan. We did everything online there was great support from him and he’s team they will call back with in minutes which for me that’s impressive we closed and now own a beautiful home in Idaho. Please don’t go anywhere else before looking them up and talking to them first.

  Carter is absolutely amazing!!! A really nice guy, easy to get ahold of, and has a ton of experience in lending!!!
