  Adam is the absolute best! We contacted him on short notice looking to get pre-approved and make an offer all within a couple of days. He did everything he could to help expedite the process for us, while also giving thorough answers to our questions along the way. He then worked with us as we made multiple offers in a difficult buyer's market. Each time we reached out, he gave us timely responses and also anticipated our needs and next steps. Once we had an offer accepted, he had our loan locked in and processed quickly. As we continued through our inspection, appraisal, and closing, Adam and his team communicated regularly. They even reviewed our information and stopped us from locking into an insurance policy that was overpriced before close. Adam and his team really know what they are doing and give you an extra level of confidence while you navigate one of the biggest decisions of your life. Can't recommend him enough!

  I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Adam I would not be a preparing to move into my very first home!! I was up against incredible odds when it came to debt to income ratio (student loans, ya feel me?) and Adam was willing to work with me when everyone else told me it was a lost cause. He was super patient and I felt like he was just as invested in getting me approved as I was. I felt like we were in it together, which was very comforting when making such a large and scary purchase on your own. And not only did he work magic and get me my mortgage, he also got me an insanely low monthly payment! If you want someone who is going to answer all your questions even at odd hours of the day, stay present and engaged throughout the entire home buying process, and get you the mortgage you want a low monthly payment, look no further.
