  I’m not gonna waste anyone’s time with a long review. I just want to say to anyone that’s looking to purchase a preowned vehicle from this dealership. Make sure you look over the vehicle good. I made the mistake of not going over the vehicle as I should and I truly regret it. Here’s just a few issues. They gave me only one key with the car. The floor mats were missing. They also gave me the car with only 1/4 tank of gas. The car also needs two new tires there practically bald. Then I found out that the car was in an accident that didn’t show up on the car fax. I brought some of these issues up to the dealer and they have not done anything for me only gave me a $100 discount on the tires. I’m not asking to get all this fixed or a new vehicle. The only thing that bothers me the most was the 2 rear tires that should have been replaced. So anyone looking to get a used car from them just look over the car real good. Bring someone with you, they might see something you won’t. Oh and just to top it off I have called, text and even emailed this dealership and not one manager had gotten back to me about anything. This was my 3rd vehicle that I have gotten from this dealer and it will be my last. Never again will I do any business with Acura of Wappinger Falls. UPDATE * So The sales manager got back to a me and I brought the car in and they did replace the tires with two used tires. Yeah when they told me that I was done. They wanted me to remove this review as a gesture for putting 2 used tires on my car. I thought about it and I think this review will help others before they purchase a used vehicle from Acura Of Wappingers Falls.

  Acura of Wappingers Falls has made me purchasing my 2017 RDX a great experience. Sales Consultant Jamil Shabazz had been excellent! Jason and been great as well. 5 stars well deserved all around! Glad to be apart of the Acura family!

  i just recently purchased my car from this acura dealership. my whole shopping experience was overall very good. i specifically worked with Eddie and Jason! They both are awesome and super friendly and addressed whatever questions/concerns i had. i definitely recommend shopping at this acura dealership. See Eddie S!!

  I had a very smooth and relaxing experience with the staff and sales process at Wappinger Falls Acura. I upgraded from a 2017 base mdx to a 2019 tech mdx.They strive on customer satisfaction and do live up to their motto. Everything from my phone call with Dan(sales manager) to my salesman Brian and the Finance manager Kevin was very pleasant. They are professional, curtious and kept me comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for an Acura. Just ask for Brian Demersky, he will hook you up with a good deal.

  What a wonderful experience. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and a willingness to help us find the car we desired. WIthin minutes we were test driving the car. Two days later we returned again to a room full of friendly people and we made a deal that was smooth and comfortable. Picking up the car was just as easy. Thank you everyone for such a n fantastic experience.
