  I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Miranda Moreno. To say she is the epitome of customer service is an understatement. Ms. Moreno understood the importance of my personal loan, explained the processes in order to obtain said loan, and waited for the approval (which took a little longer than expected). Once the process was completed on her end, she contacted me to ensure I looked out for the documents, which I immediately signed and received my loan within hours. This is the reason I continue to conduct business with ACU. Thank you very much ACU Team! And a very special thanks to Ms. Moreno! - Chris

  This bank is the best. Never had any issues with them. I been with them for over 15 years. They have always accommodate my ever need. Customer service representatives are always professional.

  I wouldn’t recommend getting a car loan or bank with them, they won’t allow you to make additional payments without paying a 12$ fee each time. We made 6 additional payments so we could pay off the loan quicker and now bank with NFCU. Those 72$ were worth it to get rid of you. Your mobile banking is trash we are in 2020 not 1999, upgrade.

  I've been trying to speak with a HUMAN at this DuPont branch ALL DAY...... I just have one simple question before I travel from Port Orchard, WA all the way to them; but all I keep getting are people out of the office! or machines telling me to press numbers for things that have nothing to do with my question! I even tried to just push O; but that doesn't work either? This is Aug 28th at 1:14 PM not a HOLIDAY!!!!! You people certainly do not know how to run a business and I would NEVER suggest anyone even try to do business with you idiots!
