  Over the past ten years I've used multiple hard/private money lenders to purchase commercial properties. We started working with Actium in 2014 and The Sailing has not always been smooth, I'm 99% sure and other lender would of foreclosed on one of our purchases, but Actium was patient and helped us get back on our feet.   Actium Partners took an impossible situation and made it possible. After having a loan swept out from under us and only a few days to close. We found Actium Partners. They have been the most responsive lender I have EVER dealt with. They made purchase of a property we were about to lose possible. If you are in need of a loan for the purchase of property I give my highest recommendation to Actium Partners and specifically Paul. Paul has been more polite and responsive than any lender. He went out to see the property same day I called him. He was able to get funds and documents to our title company, Provo Land Title, next day. If you are in need of a real estate loan and quick. Please don't look past Actium.
