  We went in there with a box of old CDs to see if they wanted it. Without even giving it a look. The lady was very rude and snapped at us that they didn't take that kind of stuff. I could maybe understand if it was busy but nobody was even in the store. All that she really needed to do was be a little courteous and let us know that's not something they were interested in. If you're looking for a pawn shop I would go elsewhere.

  Not the best selection yet but gets better as more people use them. They treat me right, give fair loans and negotiate prices when I purchase items. They are fast in and out not a huge line of people to wait behind. I'm happy them them.

  Never do business at this so called store! Owner asked me to drive two hours to purchase merchandise then backed out on the deal and got angry at me for writing a bad review! Never takes responsibility for treating his customers with terrible dishonest service! Do yourself a favor and dont walk in this store EVER! You will lose time and money the same as I experienced! Will be out of business for these actions soon God willing!

  Gary, Jim and all the folks at the store have always been great to work with and are friendly and knowledgeable. I would not have any other business in Sioux Falls handle my transfers. Always top-notch. Stop by. You will be glad you did.

  Fair and great place to do business weather buying or selling and just to pawn something off for a few weeks so you can make it this is the best pawn shop in town

  I only gave a mod teir response because they are respectful and professional. I brought in a welding helmet and despite they were somewhere pulling up prices I cannot find on the internet to be impossibly low. (Something I'm sure is quite common and connot blame them for.) They were respectful and courteous. I'd choose them over what was it America pawn where the lady looked me in the eye and told me an item minimally valued on the internet used at 100$ was good for 15 dollars. Over all they are more honest then they ought be and more reliable then most easily a decent pawn shop.

  Absolutely horrible experience! I purchased a camera Canon T5i off of their eBay page and it was listed as "a few months old with little to unknown shots taken on it" turns out I get the camera it has 5,800 pictures taken on it already and canon confirmed that the purchase date on the camera was over 3 years ago! I spoke to a manager named Gary and he hung up right in my face. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this situation because that is what is known as False Advertisement. And if I need to bring legal matters into this I will bring them to court and watch them go down. *****DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE ABOUT STUFF TO COVER THEMSELVES UP DONT GET SCAMMED BY THEM LIKE I DID*****

  Thank you for your purchase. You clearly creep on ebay only to harass sellers. You made endless calls to our store, we time and time again offered a full refund no questions asked. You wanted a refund but to keep the camera?? I'm sorry but no one offers refunds if you want to keep the merchandise so why do you think that is an option? If your not happy with your purchase we still offer a full refund please send it back. You have never left anyone positive feedback ever, so clearly no one on ebay sells anything without lying and everyone treats you horrible?? I'm sorry you are unhappy but we made every effort to correct this and to no avail...
