  They offered me 150 for my 700 ac/ heater ,LG thinQ and because of this situation I was in I had to take it and then when I say pawn the guy puts it as a sale and I don't know how to get my things back

  Lied lied... They will rip you off by lie. First, they told me if the iPad doesn't work in 30 days to unlock and they will refund without question. So, the Apple store that it can not be unlocked then I went back to get a refund and they told me that it's sold as-is, no refund. I thought I could trusted them but no! I will never go back again. And I suggested everyone watch out for their lie.

  We found diamond earrings with cash in hand to buy and they told us that they had made a mistake on the price. They were priced Incorrectly since January.I have cash in hand to pay for them but because they price from wrong they refused to sell them to me. The Manager was very rude and said hey, it's not our fault we made a mistake. Poor management. Save your time and go elsewhere.

  Decent place to shop for guns. I saw the review saying that this place has overpriced guns but I disagree. Maybe they had it confused with the other Action Pawn. The other Action Pawn on SW Military (the really big one) has really over priced guns. Bigger selection, but over priced. But bottom line is this is one of my favorite pawn shops for guns in SA.

  I never have any issues when I come in to do business. Have two loans with them currently and all my questions are always answered, everyone is very helpful. One young lady there is always smiling and in a good mood, and even remembers when I had put a ring in layaway, so that made me feel very welcomed and taken care of.

  If I could give them a = stars I would this is the worst Pawn shop I've ever been to they're very prejudiced you basically have to have Brown skin in order to get anything if you are White you can forget about it don't even waste your time going to this place it's horrible

  The staff in this location are very rude. I felt racially profiled in this place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location unless you want a attitude from the employees. Oh and don’t ask for a manager the one I dealt with named is Vanessa and she was worse than the employee and refused to give any information for the director or to file a complaint. I’m honestly considering a lawyer for discrimination. But yea don’t go here go somewhere where you can definitely get treated with respect and all customers are treated equally. Its just sad honestly.

  Always very friendly, staff very competent, and outstanding customer service. I have always felt they give me the best prices. Thank you for service. My purchases are always items I need for my job. The hardware section has a big selection. Tools section is always full of items to choose from. See you soon. Once again, Thank you!

  Went in about 10 am trying to get a loan on my tablet. The young lady that attempted to help was very unprofessional. Not to mention she had a tacky nose ring that is very unbecoming. And only offered me $5. I refused. So I went down the street to Ez PAWN. Where they where more professional and offered me a loan for $50. I will never go back to Action PAWN. I spread the word to my family and friends on how was treated .

  I am very upset..99% of the time I buy..One time I try to pawn and the girl with braces was very rude unprofessional...Manager sits in the back and is no help at all..Thousands of dollars I have spent with this pawn company and to be treated this way because I wanted to pawn instead of buy..horrible
