  Irma made my day with her excellent customer service and smile behind the mask! I was impressed with the cleanliness and organized store. Easy to find location with plenty of parking spaces available. Decent selection of various items available, Ask for Irma if you want the best experience!

  A sad excuse for a pawn shop. The facility is nice but that's about where that words use ends. I walked in and wandered for 3-5 minutes before leaving. Unacceptably I was never greeted or even asked if needed or wanted assistance before I made it out the door. The kids, or at least they acted like kids, at the counter we're too busy having a rather explicit conversation with a friend/customer loud enough for anyone walking in to hear. The place is unprofessional and lacks any serious merchandise. It's just a collection of low end stuff that should probably be in a yard sale not a pawn shop. Don't plan on stopping here unless deemed last resort.

  Very poor customer service I went to pick up an item I had pawn the kids that were working were unfriendly and rude. Once I took my item home I found out my stuff had been restored to it’s factory settings so I called the manager and explained that they had restored my stuff to its factory settings before the last day of grace and was called a liar definitely never returning to this shop. To the owners of this franchise I really hope you change your people who run your business

  Sold me a tv took it home screen wasn't working brought it right back and said they could only give me 7 dollars back his words to me were u basically got a broken tv as a gift from us for 7$ .....

  Went in expecting the same customer service I had the time before but instead I was treated like trash and that was by the manager. Will take my business elsewhere. Also have been using this pawn shop for three years never-again!

  I tried to call twice and both times the phone was picked up and set on the counter. Sat listening to people talking for about 5 minutes before hanging up figuring that they may pick up and answer the call... no one said can I put you on hold or I'll be with you in a minute just sat the phone down and left it.... we will not shop with this store very poor customer service.
