      As far as service if you call or ask for help during normal banking hours everything is great. If you’re somebody that’s not able to get to the bank during banking hours, this is not the location for you. The ATM is constantly not working as far as making deposits or other uses at times. On a weekly basis it seems to not be functioning. I am submitting this review today because I am so frustrated, because this is the eighth or ninth time within the last couple months, but again I’m not able to deposit money into a bank.

      I have a personal and business account for over a year. anytime I have to deposit a check above 2,000 theres a hold on it. And you arnt aloud to pull out as much cash you want, their policy is 600$. what a waste of a credit union. I always have problems with this place. I cant wait to be apart of a bank or credit union that actually accepts small business owners and let's them be in control of their money

      RE: Bank's "Save For Good" savings account for its customers. This is a great idea! If someone wants to give me money FOR "my" money, I'm THERE! Everyday some rounded-up cents goes into that account, and the small round-ups add up fast and will be a nice "mad money" source anytime down the road, if needed! Nice job, Achieva!

      I've had several vehicle loans with this branch and I have never had a problem. Recently I was seeking some help to better my financial situation by refinancing my vehicle loan. I was able to refinance my truck at a lower rate and payment each month, and save myself approx 3500. They also offered me a balance transfer on my unsecured debt that had a 18% interest rate for much less with an intro rate of a little under 3% for the rest of this year. I'll be able to pay off my credit card debt much faster effectively saving myself thousands in interest payments. I believe this approach to banking will make me a lifelong customer of Achieva bringing a constant revenue source to their company for years to come. I will likely refinance my home loan with them when the time is right. This is how you treat humans. I highly recommend anyone stop in who is looking to refinance or better their financial picture.

      I really wish 0 stars was an option. It’s worth noting I NEVER leave bad reviews but this was just too disgraceful not to share. Terri is the most unprofessional individual I’ve probably ever dealt with. She was rude with a judgmental, condescending attitude. She yelled at me for finally asking if there was a problem after she was badgering my boyfriend while he was attempting to open a new account for 10 minutes. She tells me to get out of her office. Starts pacing around, still yelling and flailing her hands everywhere. Did I mention she wrote his SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER on a NOTEPAD? He’s banked there for years and Terri made him pay $300 for a bank error. Which I’m not even sure how that’s possible for a simple overdraft (that was made in error but he fixed) and she didn’t explain that to him either, just said a branch manager would call, but never did, which is why we both went there together. Anyways, she storms out of the room after screaming and acting like a nutcase in front of the whole bank in the doorway of her office. I hope her higher ups check the cameras from yesterday around 2:00 PM. This women needs some serious training in Customer Service and not treating people like garbage because they are covered in tattoos. I also tried to call to express my concerns with the Assistant Branch Manager, Josh, I left him a voicemail with a brief description of what happened but he never called back. Needless to say, we went to Chase on East Bay. Way better Customer Service, friendly, didn’t give a damn about our tattoos and we actually did business with them in several different ways because we were so pleased with Harry West. I can’t recommend them enough! If you’re set on a credit union, take the 15 minute drive to Florida Central Credit Union. The lack of customer service from Terri, ridiculous bank fees that never got explained and lack of communication from the Assistant Manager are all huge red flags. Definitely bank with someone else.

      WORST! financial institution, definitely pulling my money out ASAP after my family's affiliation with them for decades. No 24hr support, constant technical problems. This credit union lives in the stone age. SAD.

      I just opened an Achieva checking account last week at Clearwater branch. I set up direct deposit through my work that didnt go effective before an auto draft today. I came in immediately to correct and had the most degrading and humiliating service EVER received from ANY financial institution by CINDY GRIFFIN! My only request was to forgive the overdraft fee after apologizing and explaining my error. I left feeling like the member service representative got on my case or reprimanded me for the mistake after I asked her to reverse the $34. Things happen! She was not understanding about the matter or at the least empathetic. She stated it wasnt the credit unions error, I adviser her I understood but I really didnt know my direct deposit took two pay cycles. (Practically begging her) I mentioned that I was really reticent about coming to this particular branch because of the 2 star review (but I actually had that info wrong lol confused with a different branch. Nevertheless she says, well if I didnt reverse this fee for you, you would give a bad review, ppl do that when they dont get their way. WHOA!!!! Are u serious? Well, now you’ve reversed it and STILL get a review ab how nasty and unpleasant service was today. I had the best experience with the Clearwater Drew location, I let her know someone there would help me remove this - she told me If I’d prefer to go there, to go ahead. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Im disappointed. She also had to mention she had been there 17 years and Achieva overall has a good rating. This was unacceptable and I left feeling completely degraded and looked down upon.Im a professional business woman and didnt deseve to feel that way. On last week I gave a high compliment for the Member Service rep assisting me, at Clearwater branch, So Ill speak on whats good too!! I may just close the account. Not a good feeling to go back and forth with a banker. If I were a repeat offender then I’d understand her disposition a little more.

      This bank and all other achieva credit unions are thieves!!! Says that a deposit is posted then charges you an overdraft fee of $34 when their website shows a deposit was made before you used your card. Then when you call them they say well it’s actually not available even tho it says it is. This family is out $70! Don’t let it happen to you!!!!       Terri Finke was the most helpful employee I've ever dealt with at your establishment! I have been a member for the last seven years and have always gone to this branch. I've been trying to access my Acheiva app for the last year unsuccessfully , yesterday she helped my friend and I figure it out ! My friend Rebecca was setting up an account.She was also extremely pleased with her customer service skills and knowledge of the app. I love this bank and people like her are the reason why !       I can only say good words about this credit union. It functions. And operates like most all institutions in the banking industry, and it has a staff that is well educated treating me with respect. My funds are well protected, and I trust,Achieva with my funds as well as my identification.
