  Terrible experience. The FFL has no Idea what they are doing....terrible customer service please go somewhere else. Chris the owner is extremely rude. He told me he was doing us a favor by doing the tranfer..what a JOKE. Please never come here. If he's not willing to do the right thing at 5 dollars what makes you think he will do the right thing for a higher amount. Please stay away from these thieves and save your money. Plus there are way better shop who are more knowledgeable than he is. Stay AWAY.

  This is a horrible gun dealer, the service person doesn't have any patience. I high recommend do not ship your gun to this place. you'll find other place transfer fee much low than this place.

  Very bad customer service they don't believe about the customer is the best publicity to the business they make you buy things that you don't want or need they change a penny for a dollar. and when you unmask them they ask you to leave. don't go there.

  I read the review by Chris Cal and I speculate he works for a competitor. The staff at Aces is friendly, low-pressure, pleasant and patient. Every facet of their FFL service is 100% clear and they are honest. Thank you to Aces team for supporting the Second Amendment and being a pleasure to work with.

  I just had my engagement ring resized at Aces Jewelry and Loan , and they were fabulous! Gregory and his staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the quick turnaround time and the price was very reasonable. My partner also had the ring cleaned and appraised here before our engagement, and loved how Jamie took the time to explain how gems are classified and showed him some of the differences on pieces from their showroom. I definitely recommend them!

  Been doing business here off and on since their opening and they have been a great help when needed and popular with other family members because of their great selection of used items at a fair price. Yesterday on my visit with my family I noticed a wrist watch at a very fair and reasonable price to me but left without purchasing it but I had to return before closing to get that watch I had to have it. I brought the watch home and prepared it for a battery replacement and on closer inspection it was damaged. I read my receipt and they do not provide refunds but have a warranty and store credit policy. I wasn't too happy at the time but returned after opening the next morning with my receipt with the intention of returning the watch for store credit towards another one I saw at the same time but was at a higher price and PAY the difference but fully set to hear a reason after their inspection for them not to honor the return policy but after inspection and explanation of the circumstances of my purchase he asked me to show him the other watch I was willing to pay the difference on if I received store credit and after close inspection by who I believe is the owner he gave me a original receipt for the first watch a return receipt and a receipt for the new one and said paid in full no extra charge for the price difference. Thanks for great service and great people there and asset to the community really !

  Great people, very friendly , very knowledgeable and professional staff and they know the most recent laws and changes about firearms. So far I had several transfers with them and zero issues. One great thing about this place is that they are open 7days a week and that makes it very convenient for someone like me with full busy weekdays. I always pick Sat 9am and that always worked for me pretty well. Kudos Guys

  Great guys to deal with!! My online firearm purchase and transfer was a breeze with these guys!!! I don't understand why somebody wrote these guys were racist especially towards Mexicans that's a complete lie!! Matter in fact the 2 times I went there, the guys behind the counter were in fact of Hispanic descent... the guy who wrote that is full of chit! He's most likely their competition and is mad at how great customer service is provided at this location. My FFL guy from now on without a doubt!!!!

  These guys are the best!!! $25 transfer fee + $25 DROS, absolutely the best prices around and the staff is knowledgeable and fast. If you're looking for a no nonsense FFL for all of your needs. (Transfers, Online Orders etc...)THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! I hate myself for telling you all about this hidden gem.
