  After 9 years of losing money on my rental property in Denville, NJ I was finally able to refinance it and actually start making a few dollars! The time was right, but I had also lost a steady 9-5 job income, so now I was going off my side business self employed income. If you are self employed and know how difficult it can be to get a regular home mortgage let alone a mortgage on an investment property then you will know why I am so happy with Aceland Mortgage company! It wasn't easy, but Bill was able to find the right program for me and get the deal done! So if you are looking to refinance your rental property or your own home for that matter then give him a call! We re-financed my main home a few years back and our rate was like 2.9! Not bad! Thanks again!

  I have worked with Bill aka. Big Daddy Kane on numerous mortgages, refi's and HELOC's and every time I have been extremely satisfied. These are some of the most important decisions in your life that you will be making and you need a trusted individual who has your back. Bill and Aceland Mortgage is that person and company you need in your corner. All of my experiences with Bill and Aceland have exceeded my expectations, always getting the best rate and getting the loans funded in the shortest amount of time, everytime!   Christopher Amodeo helped this single mom finally buy a home. This review is long overdue since I've been in my home for a year this month. My son and I could not be happier.   We first used Chris as first-time homebuyers when we purchased our home in January of 2019. He helped my husband have some weird error removed from his credit report, which boosted his score and got us the best rate on our loan. Since then (it is now June of 2021), he has kept an eye on our loan, and we have refinanced twice with him as rates dropped. There is a reason we have stuck with him! He is exceptionally patient, always answers our questions, and helps us find the very best rates and loan terms. We have personally recommended him to many of our friends, who have also been happy with his expertise. Chris works hard for his clients; he is trustworthy, responsive, and an all-around great guy.

  What can I say? If you want someone who is fair, honest, a great communicator, responsive and efficient, this is your stop! Chris was AWESOME and helped me through what can be a super stressful process, with ease. He was super clear about my options, helped me figure out the best road to take and then followed through with seamless communication. I REALLY enjoyed working with Chris and he is 100% who I will use for my next refinance, or financing needs!

  Bill and his team was able to get us a mortgage on a second home at an attractive rate on a deal that had a lot of complicating factors. He also had a backup mortage ready in case it didn't go through. He was able to answer our questions quickly and competently in a straightforward manner. I would recommend him to others. 5 stars.

  I had a really great experience working with Chris and Bill. Buying a home for the first time was really stressful, there's so many terms to remember and so many steps to complete. They helped to keep me organize the whole way through. They were also able to lock in a much better rate than the estimate Chase bank was giving me. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and will definitely choose them first if I'm ever in the market to invest in another property.
