Cambo SS1Worst bank experience ever!!!! They NEVER have rolls of quarters and the staff never ordered my debit card on time and ATM always down so unacceptable. Obviously someone wasn't doing their job. I've waited 4 months patiently. unbelievable. The guy branch manager has nasty attitude doesnt do his job right. This branch needs training!!!!

Kristhie Fuentes1So mad I want to explode. Today I went to transfer some money from my savings to one of my checking. They transferred from a wrong account. I have to sign a contract and due to this I don’t have the money for it. The worst part is the receipt are showing the right accounts. Not a very happy mother’s day for me. I use to love this bank in PR here well as you can read not very much so. Going on Monday to see what a miracle my account didn’t go negative.

GeRo Detinu1This is the worst bank for the elderly population. They make it so difficult for seniors to access their info if they make a simple mistake with online or banking apps. Makes me feel a certain way about how unpopular popular really is. Community bank, I don't think so!

rocco chiusano5This is my second time at this branch. I have to tell you shirley Carmona remembered me by name and was extremely freindly. I used to go to the branch in west New York on bergenline ave. But the parking is not good. This branch has amazing parking and great coffee selection. I will continue to do my banking here.
