  Not impressed, the place is a bit of a mess. I got a good deal on a ring however I tried to buy a second ring, which I had some some questions about. The "manager" would not get off the phone to answer my questions (20 mins). Oh well , they lost out ($700) . I don't mind going back, hopefully they will be in a mood to do business.

  I don't use pawn shops very often but I'm so happy I chose this one! Derek was extremely helpful and really friendly. He really came through in my time of need and honestly I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you're looking for someone who will give you a fair and honest price this is definitely the place to go!

  Derek helped my girlfriend buy a new bass guitar! Not only was he very nice and friendly but he gave us a great price. Definitely a better selection, price and service than the shop across the street! We should have just gone here first.

  Derek is so friendly and genuinely cares about his customers, He went out of his way to check in the back for a specific item we were looking for and is honest with the pricing. I would recommend this pawn shop to any other in colorado springs! It's not always easy to find good customer service anymore but Derek provides GREAT customer service!   Kinder than kind! I’ve never gotten such good customer service from a pawn shop; and trust them with my most valuable things when I need a pawn loan. Nice shop and selection of pretty much anything you’d expect to find in a pawn shop and more. A garage sailer would enjoy a stop in this nice air conditioned environment. We’ve all been there at one point in life and this location makes the experience a lot better than your likely to experience elsewhere.

  Great store, with a friendly team. Derick is extremely knowledge and almost always takes the time to explain his price point. Video games, tools, airsoft guns, jewelry, bikes can all be found at this location competitively priced. Massive in store selection on just just about everything. Even has a taco truck serving some of the best authentic tacos and burritos out front!

  I have been to this establishment twice. Both times, Derrick was very helpful, courteous, and attentive. Even though he had other customers, he took the time to look up my electronics and give me a fair price for them. I highly recommend Ace.

  I bought a bass guitar that was in great shape for a great price. The service was fast and very friendly. I got to try it out in the store and make sure that I was 100% satisfied with it before I bought it. I will definitely go back.

  Love this shop! Was helped by Derrick and he help me find exactly what I needed at a good price! They have so many interesting items at the fraction of what I would spend in big retail store and he was very friendly!
