  This was the first time in a long time that I have had to cash a check. I remember that the times in the past the people weren’t the friendliest and helpful. I was thinking that this time would be the same. To my surprise, it was totally opposite. Constance was very friendly and had the patience to call the bank twice to verify. The first call got disconnected when they were transferring the call to someone who could help verify. Constance called back and patiently waited while on hold and while she was helping other customers. The world needs more employees like her, especially in Midland.
