  I normally head there a few times a month to pay some bills. Every time I head in there, the girls are always friendly and extremely helpful. If I ever have a question or concern, they are always knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly. Thanks again!

  Every month I go in to grab a money order and it’s always so quick and easy! I normally get helped by Patricia. She is always smiling and ready to assist. Keep up the great work!

  Went in to make a payment and the ladies there have great customer service and are very friendly. Also they can cash your checks, and if you need a loan, or just need money orders..they are there to help!

  My bank no longer has a branch here in San Angelo and I was in need of cashing a biweekly check I receive for permanent partial disability. You people can praise this place all you want but I’m going to be truthful here. The woman working here charged me $42.00 to cash that check and to me that’s taking advantage of someone and totally unethical. You can say I could’ve just said no and walked off but as I said, I needed the cash so I went ahead and did it and paid a $3 dollar annual membership for the privilege. Don’t throw your money away here when you need to cash a check! The lady that was working was not overly friendly in the beginning but when she hooked me in she changed her demeanor and became quite friendly and it was noticed. I am changing banks so that this never happens again, I’m also going to make inquiries into this with the BBB It’s been several days since I posted this review and I haven’t received a word back from ACE. Do not use this company to cash checks!! Pronto charges $15. It’s typical for this city how people get jerked around like this.

  At 415 in the after noon the doors are locked yet all the lights are on the sign says open and yet no one will answer the phone and can't cash a check there's no sign on the door that says they went to lunch or any thing of that nature and I been out side waiting for just about 30 minutes now it's just crazy a very poor excuse for a business and a even sadder one for a check cashing and loan company it's absolutely sorry and I can say me and my family won't be using their services any more or ever again
