  I was treated very nicely and was out in no time. I had a couple things to take care of here. I wish all business's made their customers feel just comfortable. I give this location 3 thumbs 👍 and I have 2 + 1 from my grandson =3. Kool people here

  It was crazy busy, the young lady(i think her name was Christine or Kristi) she was by herself. Girl was multitasking, juggling and she was killing it. I notice a couple of times she was stressing so when it was my turn, just kept encouraging her. (I'm a HR manager) My only comment would be you need 2 employees on Saturday before a holiday. Please go buy that girl some wine and chocolate she deserved it.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I have been cashing checks and loading my debit card here for a number of years, dating back more than 10 years. When the amount on the check is below $1000, it’s easy to get a check cashed and load it onto my card. However if the amount is bigger than $1000, there are more hoops to jump through and invariably I walk away empty-handed. I am going to switch to a new service unless this can be rectified. Today I went in there with a cashiers check and the lady behind the counter refused to authorize the cashing and loading of my card. This is ridiculous, and about the fourth time it’s happened.

  Before today I would have given Ace 5 stars but, today I come in here to cash a check from a repeat customer that I have cashed their checks here at Ace before on more than a few occasions. Today the clerks name is Alia and she verified the check with the account holder. Then their bank then she looks up one of their past checks that I have cashed here before and she still is giving me grief. Smdh
