  Had an amazing experience at Ace cash express. That location on 3rd and Lewis an amazing worker (Petra Garcia) helped me with everything. She was so nice and sweet Thanks Ace Cash Express and thank you Petra .

  Only reason I gave them a stare is because I had too to be able to leave a review. One of my employees just tried to cash his check at the 275 S lewis Ave Tulsa ok location. First they refused to cash his check so they called the phone number on the check witch is my number. The person that called me said his name was Pete he was extremely rude wouldn’t even give me time to go in the next room to get the check number said I cursed at him and hung up on me. So I call back and the lady that answered the phone her name was PETRIA which she said she was the manager she was also rude and hung up on me. They refused to cash my employees check. He said he felt extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation. He stated that they made him feel like he had done something wrong. I truly hope the don’t make all there customer feel this way. I have instructed all of my employees to never use a Ace Cash Express in the future

  Out of all of the Ace Cash Expresses I’ve visited this by far has had the best customer service due to a lovely and professional customer representative named Amber. You just don’t experience great customer service like she provides these days anymore. I give my experience 5 stars and more. Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness!!
