  First time and last time going to this place I went there to cash out my check the lady on the computer very nice took all my information since I was new in their sysytem I sign the check I wrote down my SSN on the back of the check everything was fine and I agree to their fee then the manager shows up her name Latoya she offer to fill up a yellow slip and I will get no charge fee and she offer to sign for direct deposit and I told her I have an actual bank account I just need this check to be cash out and somehow she didn’t like that And she try to make it on front of everybody that she cannot cash out my check because it was busness check the check on my name first name and last name under my check my busness adress and she doesn’t want to talk she just was mad for no reason And believe I cash those checks every other places with no problem Workers like this lady shouldn’t hired to work at those places like this you guys need to hire knowledgeable poeple for this kind a job she didn’t have no clue what she was talking about and she won’t let me explain to her

  LATASHA IS SOO HELPFUL OMG SHE ANSWRED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND LOOKED INTO MY ACCOUNT. SHE UPDATED EVERYTHING FOR ME! I WAS STRESSING CAUSE I DIDNT KNOW WHERE MY STIMULUS WAS BEING DEPOSITED. IM SOO HAPPY SHE MADE MY DAY A++

  I'm handicapped u need accessable door and additional seating I had to leave my wheelchair outside and ask two strangers to help me go inside were there was no seating...but a young man helped me...this review was so much longer they but most of it away thats why I went from 4 stars down to 2
