  Tonjanette was extremely professional and was able to in detail answer all of my questions. I was greeted with a smile and made me feel as if I wasn’t just another transaction.   Expensive. Your charged for every thing you do with your money. Next time I'll opt for the 2hr drive to the physical bank before I pay that amount in fees.

  It's convenient to go cash a check there just don't expect to run in and out give yourself at least an hour for just going in there because there's other customers that have different issues and it just takes some time to get through the line

  Worst customer service EVER! Rude and unprofessional from the start of the transaction to the time I walked out the door (24 mins later). NEVER AGAIN!
