  Jakayla was great! She was new I think I haven’t seen her before . However she was far from acting like it! She got me in and out. I appreciate how quick my visit today was I don’t like to wait to long I usually am when I come to this location specifically they never have any staff usually only one girl trying to do everything alone . Thanks girl for helping me out being so friendly & also getting it done and getting me out the door! Now that she’s working I won’t mind this location much anymore hopefully she isn’t just a temp.

  Man, all ican say is YES WE CAN!!! Count on my man Thomas at Ace to make things happen for you. When all hope has failed, and you feel defeated, from rejection, Thomas come through with the save. When other stores treated you as if you are not welcome or shame on you for not having a brick and mortar bank account to deposit your payroll check into. Ace and Thomas pull one off and make it possible for you to pay your bills on time and feed your family. The whole time I was in there, which was very long that day, this dude kept a positive energy and step by step, was informative of what he was doing and what needed to be done still. Awesome, friendly, ear to ear smiles,good conversation starters, genuine, sincere, wholesome.. if yall are wanting quality service and someone who's non judgemental and easy to speak too.   After A long day of work I just wanted to go in and out and handle my business and the manager marina Made the experience so wonderful it was fast she was friendly and I didn’t even notice that my feet was hurting from work all day it was just a great experience it actually made my day after a hard day at work her customer service was AMAZING! it makes me never want to go to a different ace check cashing or any other check cashing like I’m always gonna want to go to ace check cashing just to experience that customer service again it was a wonderful experience

  Sent every phone call to voicemail. Even when I got there they wouldn’t pick up the phone only decline calls. Wouldn’t read my card and made me come back with cash. Don’t go here if your in a rush

  I came into a cash express on Elkhorn Boulevard in Sacramento to send money to a Incarcerated family member. Marina and Stan were courteous and I was on my way in no time. I will definitely go there again.
