  Jakayla's customer service on the phone and in person was exceptional! Even though she was the only one working, he promptly answered the phone and my questions; when I arrived in the store she was assisting another customer who had problems at another ACE location that Jakayla was able to resolve . She's friendly and works at a good pace. I was in and out within minutes of her assistance. THIS WOMAN SEEMS LIKE MGMT. MATERIAL. IF SHE CAN RUN THE STORE ALONE AND PROVIDE THE KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE I RECEIVED, PROMOTE THAT WOMAN!! Good service is hard to find and I really appreciate Jakayla's professionalism and friendly demeanor.

  Went in today to cash my check and Amara was the one who helped me. Her customer service was definitely top tier and she helped me try to cash my check since I have never been here before they are a specific policy but she made sure to help me along the way. Would definitely recommend this place. They also do loans!
