  The lady that was helping me seemed overwhelmed and distracted. She was helping multiple customers at once. There was about 9 customers waiting to be served. She even stopped to make a phone call to someone complaining that it was time for her to get off and she had one customer trying to get a title loan, plus many other customers still in line and she needed help. I waited in line almost 30 minutes just for her to tell me that she couldn't verify my check to cash it because the business was closed for the day. Ace needs to do better. There should definitely be more than one associate per shift, per store. Customers should not have to wait 30+ minutes to receive service, with a recovering broken leg hobbling around the store in a walker! My experience was so horrible I opted not to go back the next day...since the check that I needed to cash was a Bank of America issued check I went there instead. My check was cashed in less than 10 minutes for only an $8 fee.

  had to take a title loan out during covid. Was last resort finally paid it off today and the rude lady working was Oh my, this has been here awhile! When I said yah I paid $2000 to borrow 900 hope that doesnt happen again she stated that they "helped me in a very rude way" had very pleasant experience with the other employees but this one had an attitude. Short term solution for a long term problem. Again, I hope I NEVER have to use them again and I hope that lady falls off her high horse and breaks her ankle!

  I rarely use check cashing services but I had to send money to a inmate for my friend. I had to wait 25 min for a gentleman in front of me to cash his check, renew his pay day loan and get an ace card. I was next in line and walk up to the counter. The lady (Betty) did not greet me and when I asked how to send money, she said I'm still busy with the the last person's stuff. I waited a politely asked if the form I had in my hand was correct. She said yes, and you can use the pen over there because I am moving on to the next person in line. I told her, it would only be a second and she immediately skipped over me. Before the person got to the counter, I told her I'm ready and she proceeded to ignore me and help them. Betty was rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I waited patiently for the gentleman in front of me to sign paperwork, fill out an app, change his address, etc...so when I come to the counter I expect to get the same customer service, not be pushed aside because she didn't have 10 seconds to wait...mind you, she wasn't ready when I came to the counter. I felt very disrespected in front of many customers and I will never do business there again! Freddy Chazvez you need to fire Betty!

  Friendly staff comprising of Betty & Devlin. They are always courteous and patient. And I love that the transaction for loans are now paperless. Now you just need to invest in a card reader with a larger screen.
