  First, I would like to point out that they don’t even make an effort to apologize or mention that they will try to do anything to correct issues stated in the reviews. But they do respond to the positive reviews. I had a check that needed cashed. My bank was closed, Ace was open. I decided to take a chance. I knew there would be a percentage they would ask for cashing it for me. Went and asked to cash the check, she had me fill out some paperwork. When I asked about the paperwork she said it was store policy. I was OK with the paperwork because I assumed it was to keep fraud down and prevent identity theft. Finished with paperwork, still in line, gave her my check my ID and the paperwork. She informed me it would be 10% to cash the check. FYI the check was $80. Last I checked 10% of $80 was $8. She then told me I would be getting back $69.01. I asked her correction I told her that it was only $8 if it was 10% to cash the check. She then informed me that there was a $3 membership fee. I then told her that had she informed me there was a membership fee to cash the check I would have waited till tomorrow to put it in my bank. I don’t need a membership just need to cash it. They don’t explain themselves well at all. Had I read these reviews I would’ve gone in there knowing that to ask the proper questions. Today is 7/5/19. I am sure the people who run the place can look at the records to find an $80 check cashed and address the proper employee. I was too mad to ask by the time I walked out.

  The young lady was so sweet and helpful. I believe she was manager or something and she was training a new employee but she was fast efficient and super nice.

  Store associates are extremely courteous whether dealing with them on the phone or in person. It is always a pleasant experience dealing with them even when you cannot get the funding you are looking for, and this says a great deal about the type of service I get and have come to expect.

  I also had a similar experience with a younger lady up there I had to walk 5 miles to this location they said that they exchanged old gift cards for cash and I asked over the phone if they took Best Buy gift cards however she said yes and couldn't tell me how much over the phone which was fine but she never told me that they didn't take them unless they were of a certain amount on them. I received a smile and a " sorry.. " as I walked 5 miles back....this is not the first time with this location, I would suggest to any one and I will from now on to never go to this agency. In fact if you go up a block there is a way better location I'll be suggesting from now on!

  I don't even know where to start been going to this same ace for years today when I went to cash my stimulus check the lady there had us sign the check and ran it through her markings on the check also she ask is there anything else and I said yes I need to know how much it would cost to cash..she replied 85 dollars I thought that was pretty high when I asked if she could give me a discount on it since I've been a customer 4 years she replied with WELL IT'S FREE MONEY how rude she didn't know my position in life at that time and said the wrong thing to me very unprofessional and flat out rude

  I just wanna say that every time i come to this location I'm amazed by their customer service and hospitality. They always have a smile, eager to help, and i been to other locations and by far none can compare to them. Kudos to Jackie who assisted me. I do however want to add that the location on waco drive in waco,texas has the worst customer service ever. Even on the phone shes rude. I rather drive 30 mins away to temple than to endure someone who's rude.

  Even called before wasting my gas and time to come here. Only to be told my age was preventing me from getting a pay day loan.?! When asked what age is acceptable the answer given was “well I don’t know”. Apparently if you are 26 or younger don’t waste your time going here.

  I have never been in your stores in any location. Someone is continuing to use my email? How do I stop this? Why do I keep getting these surveys? Has someone borrowed money using my information? I have REPEATEDLY ASKED TO BE CONTACTED AND NO ONE EVER DOES!!!!!!
