  If I could give Petrona 1k stars I would. She informed me of a better netspend card and account than what I had. Highly recommend her for all your financial needs!

  Jeanni was kind and courteous in explaining how the card worked and what the benefits were to having my payroll put on the card earlier than regular bank cards, She explained the savings account that is included in the card and the percentage rate. She is an excellent employee.

  I called the store and Petrona answered the phone. I asked a question and the phone hung up. But i still managed to go there. Petrona was very friendly and help me figure out my question. I even added money on my card. I highly highly recommend going to her.

  UPDATE: Someone from cooperate called my fiance and made it right. Thank you so much Christine. Because of you we get to keep our home and truck. We will have a roof over our kids heads. We can not thank you enough. Just because one person messed up doesn't mean the whole company is bad. Thank you thank you thank you. Now my rating would be 10 stars! You restored our faith in humanity! We can't thank you enough!!! I will now tell anyone and everyone to go there because they will bend over backwards to make things right!! Again... thanknyou so very much!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. They claimed my fiance owed them money when he does not, he was told a year ago it was all cleared up and he went to cash his check yesterday and the lady that was going to cash his check made a phone call, stamped his check and then put his check in a drawer. She told him at first that they can cash his check then told him she is taking the whole thing. That was our rent and truck payment. Since we can make our past due rent payment we will now be evicted and our truck will be towed because she took his full check. Cops did nothing as well. I will make sure ALL of our friends know to NEVER go here. And these people should be ashamed because now us and our 4 kids are going to be on the street without a way to and from work. And as she said its not their problem and they don't care. Shame on this unprofessional company to do this to a family around this time!
