  The manager Mrs. Kathy is always smiling and helpful. She's a great person and communication is never an issue. She goes above and beyond to help each customer. She's patient, kind and the wait is never an issue because she has such great customer service skills. She acknowledges each person who walks through the door and let's them know she'll be with them momentarily.

  I would recommend Ace because of your employee who was working Wednesday January 20.2020. I believe her name was Kathy. She is a meddle age lady very well spoken, I am telling you her description for the reason that she should be given a raise or bonus. She is so patient and informative that I got one of your cards. I did not go in there to start up a debit card. She is a asset to your company.

  Ms. Kathy is the best. She could be used to train others. She went well eyond what her job entailed and in my opinion she needs a raise. This company would do a grwta service to themselves to let her tenants other work we rs. She simply was amazing.

  The customer service really it was amazing very easy to talk to and to deal with very polite and a great sense of humor fees and all were too much and not being able to give me all cash but the customer service was on point so I didn't make it a big deal

  The lady there worked really hard on getting my check approved and cashed. Afterwards she made a point to keep my large amount of money quite and gave it to me discreetly. So that when leaving the store to my car I would be safe from any potential threat. She was very considerate and got the job done I recommend going there when you need any similar money transactions.
