  Went in to cash my very 1st USPS employee check & had the pleasure of having Rose tend to me. She was very professional, helpful, & attentive. They charge a fee for everything, but they provided the convenience of getting what I needed done after banking hours. But Rose was great.

  Miss Rose is a true Gem. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the product and services provided by your company and the card vendors your company supply for. ( in this case it was a meta bank flare account ) Thanks Miss Rose! You made my situation with Bill Pay a breeze....Much appreciated!

  This Ace is only getting 5 stars from me because of the customer service at the location. Have had problems with my accounts and was about to close all of them and went back to Chase and I would have if it wasn't for Rose. She is Very patient and helpful. Better than the other 3 I have visited in the past month for sure.

  Mike is friendly and always prompt. I appreciate his help. I pay my child support once a month and Mike usually is the person that takes care of me.

  The cash attendant was very patient and helpful. I was cashing a check and there was a slight problem trying to get my check verified. He did everything he could UNTIL he got the verification of my REAL check. Its was almost closing time and i know he was ready to go home to his family but instead, as i mentioned before, he didn't leave until the transaction was completely done for me. Job well done to that young man at the Ace Cash Express location in Universal City, TX!!!
