  Had a confused mess since I used Walmart online MoneyGram. Walmart couldn't/wouldn't help me. Ace cash express was the closest MoneyGram office to me. Store manager Veronica hechavarria was unbelievably patient and helpful in solving this problem that she had no part of. She went above and beyond to get me help from MoneyGram when they were not interested in helping me. Veronica is a great multi tasker. While we were on hold, she helped a customer with two money orders. Go, Veronica! Very cool.

  This woman Victoria is amazing, it has been awhile that I have been there and she remembered me. I believe that she is wonderful with customer service because I know I don't remember names, thank you so much for having excellent service. ACE is really alot of help when I need them..😊😉

  as I came in to get my cash and my MoneyGram she was excellent in customer service did everything she did in a timely manner was very very compassionate and explaining everything to I would understand I did enjoy my experience here and would continue loving to have my business with your company cuz of this lady named Veronica thank you for your services Ace Cash Express
