  I been customer at this store for about 3 years now and even though I moved down to South La I prefer to drive up to this store because of the great people And great customer service. The only reason I am giving this low rate is because after this years, I visited the store yesterday Wednesday at around 4 pm and was helped by Brenda at store #4212 and had the worst service ever. No people skill , I was treated like I was bothering her and her tone of voice was so rude and deshumanizing that I felt so uncomfortable and had to keep my attention at my phone and keep my verbal interacción as short as possible. She rudely asked for my info with a straightforward rude tone of voice and even when I had told her since the start for the reason of my visit she kept asking me multiple times for clarification like if I was dumb. I felt so powerless to the fact that there was no other person in store I could complain. And right after I made the payment and got the reloan she immediately rushed the interaction and felt she was just waiting for me to leave. I been in the customer service industry and quality department for customer service and this is definitely not the kind of service someone ever expects to receive. I hope someone from the store reviews and follow up this matter and train this young girl Brenda.

  Very nice and friendly people they help you out as much as they can no problem..If u do end up coming here Adriana is the nicest Nd the most kind hearted person out there she is very sweet Nd nice to everyone all her customers highly recommend this place if you need a loan or need to cash your check anything..

  Great customer service definitely recommend this place to anyone the representative that assisted me that day was Rosa Cruz . She was provided me with profesional customer service . She even helped me fix a mistake they had made on my receivers last name I truly appreciate the service they provide here definitely coming back ! Rosa keep it up 👍
