  Needless to say, best experience I've had. From the great customer service to a clean facility. I walked in, was greeted by a nice young lady, she has a welcoming face. Came in to cash my check, transaction was simple, no lolly-gagging, no trying to sell me stuff, no bull****. The price to cash my check wasn't bad either, I walked out of there with almost my full check. I wish I could of got my tellers name to put it in this review, lowkey she deserves a raise. Double thumbs up from me.

  I went to send money this morning at Ace on Avalon and El Segundo. It was my first time sending so I wasn’t sure how it works. I was helped by Lilia and she was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me step by step. I’m glad I went there because I’m so used to going places that work with the public and they always have the nastiest attitudes. She was so sweet and helpful! She deserves a raise!!

  I have been coming to this location for a few years and, in the beginning, my account was being hacked. I was frantic! Alicia helped me through that panic attack and since then, she has helped me understand more about my debit card and other Ace services. She always greets me with a smile (even behind the mask!) and a kind word. I do go to other Ace locations, but because of Alicia, I often make a detour to her location.
