  I've been with this company for a very long time and the customer service experience I received yesterday was very unprofessional along with rude. The clerk was on her personal cell phone while it was on speaker the person on the other line that she was talking to (assuming a friend of hers from the conversation) was cussing and gossiping. I was asked to show 3 proofs of verifications to cash one check which never happens all bc of security questions that they felt I didn't know. If I've never given you this information and I've been with this company years you would think my information would be put in the database correctly. Needless to say I was highly disappointed because this has never happened. Back to my customer service experience it would be wise to treat your customers with respect you never know who's watching and will post their honest review.
