  I loved the service I received at Ace Cash Express, she was very helpful and very good at multitasking. She was helping another customer who was giving her a pretty hard time but also made time to help get me started with my loan, then back to the other customer to finish cashing his check, then without a beat asked me to step back in front of the window and pulled my information back up and kept working. It was already after 7, which is closing time but she did not turn me away. She kept on working until I was approved and then finished my transaction and gave my loan amount. I really appreciate all her hardwork and time she gave to me. Thank you.

  The store associate, Stacey, was extremely nice and informative from the moment I walked in. I had a lot of paperwork due to being a new customer and right as we were swiping to load my card the system went down. She was apologetic and said she'd call as soon as it was back up. She knew we were from out of town and had been having a bad day. After trying at another place to cash my check, with a rude worker, I was headed to cash it at a shady gas station. Thankfully before I got there Stacey called me back! She still had to cope with some glitches, but she didn't give up! Even though there was so many frustrating issues Stacey stayed pleasant and personable, she made me feel welcomed and at ease. I will not go to another store to cash a check again, ACE in Lawrence is my place!
