  The teller was really friendly and very proficient. Unfortunately the documentation I have from social security for retirement payments is not acceptable form of validation. So they were of no help at all. I returned with all the right document and more and they still wouldn't help me because of a "Bankruptcy." I have NEVER had or filed for Bankruptcy but no one at the company could explain it.
