  I went in to pay my rent and I had 1555$ exact to pay . The cashier told me we couldn’t do money orders more than 1000$ so we did 2 . One for 1000$ and one for 500$ so when I went to pay my rent i didn’t notice I was 55$ short till my landlord noticed . When I wanted to return to the store it was closed so I called the next day and spoke to Ashlee . I gave her the two codes and wanted an investigation cause I know they have cameras that have audio and are recording at all times !!! The cashier don’t remember her name she was African American in her 20s though . Ashlee said she couldn’t do anything and had to email corporate and speak to the auditor . She said they would get in touch with us soon and they never did . I wanted to file a police report but they said the process would take longer and I won’t even receive my $ back so I never filed . I called to see an update cause I understand these things take time and when I did Ashlee remembered me and got upset because I asked for a case # or some sort of update and she couldn’t give me it . She said it’s out of her hands and just hung up when I was gonna ask for corporate #. Do better ! Make sure the cashiers aren’t taking your $$ . If you’re an older person I suggest you are super aware because they might want to take advantage of you . I’m writing this because I’m just frustrated that the company things it’s okay to steal !

  Ashley always provides the best customer service! always so helpful and makes sure im taken care of . i know if i have any questions i can call her store and she has no problem pointing me in the right direction everytime I will go out of my way to go to her store cause i know her service is quality!!!! need more employees like her

  Ashley is always very helpful when I need a check cashed she’s helped me more then once to get my checks cashed when I couldn’t get it done anywhere else. Very great service she goes above and beyond!

  Excellent customer service provided by Miranda. She was so helpful in explaining all the steps to be come new customers all while performing closing duties and helping other customers. (Our process took a little longer than normal) Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back. I trust them with my $$
