  it would be a lost to ace cash express to lose such a valuable employee like Tara. She is the real reason ace is successful with her professionalism towards the customer. I only like dealing with Mrs.Tara because of her friendliness. The best Ace has ever bought to the team!

  The Manager at Ace Cash Express is AWESOME!!! She was the only person working in the store and she had alot on her plate with customers coming in but she helped everyone and was so nice and helpful. I will definitely refer anyone who needs a checked cashed.

  Every time I go to purchase a money order or take some one to cash a check, the professionalism is outstanding, Tara always greats you with a smile, the lobby is always clean and smelling so nice. She explains the process so that you fully understand what you have to have even if you've been there before, she doesn't just treat you as a customer or a number, she treats you as a person. Its nice to still find a business that treats you like that.

  I was in a bind being that I was from out of town. The young lady made the process easy and fast. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because I called back a week after making my payment to obtain documentation of the loan terms. I kept getting the run around and them saying they don't have paperwork showing the loan terms or even payment confirmation. I've never heard of a loan company that doesn't have documents or proof of payment. It is very important that I have these documents because my mortgage counselor needs them. I truly hope I didn't make a huge mistake by dealing with this company.
