  They need more people after waiting half hour to be serviced she closed her window cuz she had to go on lunch I totally understand the meal part of it but it’s Hella inconvenient she could’ve said something like hey I’m gonna help two more customers instead of having me wait there for like 30 to 40 minutes just to tell me I’m closed

  Made me wait 15 minutes just to say they couldn’t cash my check after I already gave them all my information.

  When I looked them up it said they close at 7:00. When I got there at about 6:05, there was a handwritten sign that said they closed at 6:00

  The service I got during my visit was and has always been pleasant. The cashier is always friendly and make me feel more comfortable than going to my own bank to cash my checks

  Teller Service was good to cash my check however, the thing I didn't like, I had to write my social security # on paperback being my first time for that location. I didn't feel comfortable doin so and believe this is an outdated method for data entry. Other ACE locations have a digit pad, not a file cabinet.

  I appreciate this location for always helping me and in a timely manner! Bill pay stamps photo copies I also recently got a Flare account, your services are so helpful in many ways thank you
