  I would recommend Ace Cash Express because they are a one stop shop. You can pay bills, get a loan, obtain a debit card, etc. I especially like you can deposit your check via mobile phone. That was the main reason for me because my job does not have direct deposit and now I don't hafta stand in a long line at the bank. My money is instantly deposited into my account for immediate access.
