  Incompetent employees guy behind the counter gave me issues about making a rent payment. Went to the location near the Airport and everything went smooth. The beach location should hire better talent.

  Jessica was very helpful but its so sad to know that this place charges 3.35% for cashing checks. My 1100 dollar check came out to a whopping $37 fee to cash!!!! This is in unheard of and deff suggest anyone who is thinking bout cashing a check here to look elsewhere. There is a check cashing place on 9th and washington that will do it at 1.5% fee more or less(or wells fargo in this case would have been a $7.5 cashing fee) not only did they not have large denominations also did not have any money or letter envelopes and you have to call a 1800 number to opt out of them selling your information to third party companies.what a sham of a company oughta be ashamed of damaging the community by charging such ridiculous fees, providing sub par service and putting their customers to jump thru hoops just to not have their info sold to other companies shame shame shame.

  The cashier I think his name was Carlos was very helpful ...I had to make several transactions and he was very professional....he explained everything and made the whole process very easy for me...
