  What can I say. Been with Ace Elite for years now. I've moved and haven't been at the location on some time. To come back and Hilda talks to you like you were there yesterday is awesome. Great service and very friendly. Unlike large financial institutions that forget who you are this location feels like family.

  Jessika was really professional even though she could not do the transaction I needed to get done she was really apologetic and felt bad. I went to another store not Ace and they were rude and I felt rushed to leave since my id was expired and they made me feel worthless. But not Jessika she explained the reason why she couldn’t because of policy. More than anything she was extremely disappointed in herself she couldn’t help me I think she seriously apologized like 4 times. She even offered to help me set up appointment at dmv. Wow definitely great person I know that’s not in her job duties. 5 stars all the way.

  I walked in and I was welcomed right off the back. I think her name was Hilda, very nice lady. I went to the one on Price they were ok but I think I'm going to be going to the one on Boca Chica, thank you for the excellent service Hilda.

  From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly welcome. The lady’s name was Hilda I believe and I just went in to pay my bill since I was in the area and she was very helpful. Told me about there flare card and gave me a voucher of their loans. Every time I go to the other ace they are never this polite or take the time, I will be coming to this store from now on. Thank you!
