  After applying online and having them trying to validate my bank information which lasted almost a week of re applying and applying and having them unable to stay on the phone with me , it was difficult to get the loan I was approved for....and having to keep calling only for to be told that they are unable to wait for for the time, I ask if I can go to the store which I did. And the after not more than 30 minutes the process was complete, thanks to Veronica, who made the process simple and easy.

  Veronica was so very Helpful. She gave me more info and help me stand my Loan process, better than my Original Loan officer. When she said she was so concerned about my loan going to collections, and that she was so happy to see me..... That meant a lot to me.
