  I was at your location twice yesterday and I could not let my experience with Keashuna go unnoticed. After running around trying to cash a check from my landlord for my returned deposit. I was met everyplace I turned with a roadblock. A lot of very non empathetic people that could have cared less about seeing what they could do to assist me. I have worked in Customer Service for 36 years and I have never heard the word “NO” as a final answer as much as I have for the last few years and I heard it several times yesterday as well Customer service is a dying “art” and it’s sad. However in my situation NO was not the response I wanted or needed. The check had to be cashed somehow or my living situation may change and not for the better. Keashuna got me when I was at the end of my rope. I say I came back twice because I gave up and threw in the towel but realized when I got home that she never said NO she was trying very hard to assist me. I’m the one that said NO! I returned and Keashuna was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to help me out in a very desperate moment I left there with a huge weight off my back and that wonderfully empathetic young woman helped in a huge way for me to meet a deadline I would not have. She is the epitome of excellent customer service You have a great asset in her and I see big things in her future! Thank you for taking the time to read my wordy review!

  First experience I have had in a long time that was simple and fast. If you ever need any services from Ace check cashing I recommend going to see Keashuna she’s was very helpful and respectful
