  I am a Ventura County real estate salesperson and have worked with Andy Kunisiwa and his team for multiple buyer purchases in the last 18 months. Andy is honest and efficient, and his attention to detail and responsiveness are terrific. He is a supporter of the community and he puts his clients first. There were actually times when after reviewing a client's paperwork, he has said that he is not the best broker for the client, and then turned them over to another company, in turn earning no money but ensuring that the client's best-interests were served.   Andrew was so professional and patient with my wife and I. We were a very difficult case because of us both being self employed. Yet he took on the task and he delivered.   I cannot recommend Andy enough. He got my dads refinance done, and then help me purchase my first home. Not only is he awesome to work with during the loan process, but he is a fountain of knowledge even after the purchase.
